Brent L. Parker, Attorney
Brent was born in Guntersville, Alabama, March 30, 1971. He graduated from DAR High School in Grant, Alabama in 1989. He received a B.S. Degree in Corporate Finance in 1993 and a J.D. Degree in 1997 from the University of Alabama. While attending the University of Alabama, Mr. Parker received the Undergraduate Award of Excellence in Finance for 1993. While attending the University of Alabama School of Law, Mr. Parker was chosen for the Alabama Law Review and the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society. Mr. Parker was admitted to the Alabama Bar and U.S. District Court, Northern District in 1997. Mr. Parker is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association, the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association, the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the American Bar Association.

Linda Summerville, Legal Assistant
Linda Wall Summerville was born in Huntsville, Alabama on October 27, 1947 to L.D. Wall and Jessie Wall. Mr. Wall was Madison County Sheriff from 1954 to 1966. Linda graduated from Huntsville High School and attended Alverson-Draughon Business College and trained with Southern Career Institute as a paralegal. Linda has been employed as both a legal secretary and legal assistant for more than 37 years, concentrating primarily in domestic relations. Her employment background includes working for the Madison County District Attorney's office as well as working for numerous attorneys in this area. Linda is married to Thomas B. Summerville, who has taught Agriscience at New Hope High School for the last 29 years.

Rebecca Ayers, Assistant
Rebecca Ayers was born in Huntsville, Alabama on April 28, 1980. She graduated from DAR High School in Grant, Alabama in 1998. She has attended Northeast Alabama Community College, Calhoun Community College, and the University of Texas San Antonio where she studied business and psychology. Rebecca is married with two children, Ethan, 18 months,and Zachary, 3 months. She currently resides in Grant, Alabama with her family.
Cindy Guffey, Assistant
Cindy was born in South Pittsburg, Tennessee on August 24, 1971. She graduated from DAR High School in Grant, Alabama in 1989. She graduated magna cum laude in 1998 from the University of Alabama in Huntsville with a B.A. in Education and a minor in Sociology. Cindy is married with two children, Ashley, 15, and Noah, 5. She currently resides in Grant, Alabama with her family.
